Project Description
Do You Have A Construction Project We Can Help With?
Rayyan Mall Bridge, Sharjah
An Architecturally unique project that required the aesthetic curving of the Aluminium Louver sections across the span of the Bridge. The bridge extends over 60 meters, with multiple layers across its cross section. The entire bridge is enveloped in Aluminium Louver sections that curve and give it a rolling effect. More than 2000 sections were required in order to achieve this effect.
The bridge also includes curved glass on the external face, visible at Entrance 1 of the Structure. The staircase railing on the interior side emulates the external glass facade in its curvature.
The roof of the structure is enclosed with a Standing Seam which is further covered by Aluminium Composite Panels. The Composite panel curves along the top of the roof to meet the architectural intent. The ACP serves as an aesthetic feature and not a performance one.
Every element of the project had to be custom-made. Our organization had to work with extremely tight tolerances to achieve the final aesthetic result.
