Address Beach Resort Fujairah is between the Hajar Mountains and the Gulf of Oman. Simplex Loft was entrusted with the complete aluminium and glazing scope of the project. All systems meet marine-grade corrosion resistance standards for a coastal environment.

Challenges and solutions

Built for the coast.

Seaside durability

We applied special anodizing and powder-coated finishes to the aluminium systems to prevent corrosion.

Design integration

We coordinated closely with the consultant team to align the façade finishes with the design of the resort.

Precision installation

The beachfront site was tight. Phased material deliveries and crane-assisted installation kept the work without interruption.
