Nestled between the Hajar Mountains and the Gulf of Oman, Address Beach Resort Fujairah is an architectural statement that combines beachfront luxury with meticulous construction standards. This five-star property offers a unique coastal escape, blending nature with refined hospitality.

🛠️ Our Scope of Works – Aluminium & Glazing

Simplex Loft Technical Services LLC was entrusted with the complete aluminium and glazing scope of the project. This included:

  • Curtain wall systems with high thermal and acoustic performance
  • Frameless glass balustrades and balcony railings
  • Aluminium sliding and hinged doors with premium architectural finish
  • Glass canopies and structural glazing
  • Custom-designed louvre systems for mechanical ventilation
  • Back-painted glass cladding and aluminium composite panels (ACP)

All systems were executed to meet the marine-grade corrosion resistance standards necessary for a high-humidity, salt-laden coastal environment.

🧩 Challenges & Solutions

  • Seaside Durability: Special anodizing and powder-coated finishes were applied to aluminium systems to prevent corrosion and ensure long-term visual integrity.
  • Design Integration: We coordinated closely with the consultant team to align façade finishes with the resort’s luxury design language.
  • Precision Installation: Due to the tight beachfront site, phased material deliveries and crane-assisted installation ensured uninterrupted workflows.
