Cladding that gives a building its face
Aluminium composite panels, solid aluminium and back-painted glass. Colour, lines and finish.
Cladding covers the concrete and gives a building its colour, its lines and its finish.
Cladding covers the concrete and gives a building its colour, its lines and its finish. It also keeps the rain and the sun off the wall behind it. We supply and install aluminium composite panels, solid aluminium panels and back-painted glass. We did the ACP cladding for the Emirates Call Center and the back-painted glass and ACP for the Address Beach Resort Fujairah.

Each one is designed, made and installed by Simplex Loft.
ACP cladding
Aluminium composite panels on an aluminium sub-frame. Light, flat and available in hundreds of colours and finishes. We use panels with a fire-rated core, as the UAE fire code requires.
Column covers and cornices
Round and square column covers, cornices, parapets and feature bands. These are the details that make a building look finished.
Solid aluminium panel cladding
Single-skin aluminium sheets, 2 to 4 mm thick. No core, so no fire question. Good for the ceilings of canopies, for soffits and for places that need a very strong panel.
Back-painted glass cladding
Glass with paint on the back. A deep colour with a shine that paint on metal cannot give. We used it at the Address Beach Resort Fujairah.
Coping and flashing
Aluminium coping on parapets and roof edges. Flashing around windows and at the joints between materials. This is where water gets in when the work is poor. We make it right.

This is the Emirates Call Center. Simplex Loft made the curtain walls, the ACP cladding and the skylights.
What clients ask us.
Your question is not here? Call us on +971 433 733 29.
Is ACP safe for fire?
Yes, when you use the right panel. We use panels with an A2 or B fire-rated core, as the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code requires. We give you the test certificates.
Can you replace old ACP that is not fire-rated?
Yes. We remove the old panels and install new fire-rated panels, often on the same sub-frame. The building can stay in use.
How long does the finish last?
PVDF paint on aluminium keeps its colour for 15 to 20 years in the sun of the Gulf. Ask us for the warranty for your project.
